Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to over 210 countries around the world!

How long will it take my order to ship?

If your order is shipping to a location within the US it should take no more than 3 – 8 business days from the date that you receive a shipping confirmation email.

If your order is international, many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. Please allow an extra few days for customs paperwork to be completed and time for your package to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.

Will I receive a Tracking Number?

Yes, we typically provide tracking numbers within 48 hours of when the order is placed. Delivery of tracking numbers may be delayed during certain times of the year.

How much is International Shipping?

International shipping costs vary by country, but our most common International Shipping rates are $10 - $13 USD.

Are your bracelets waterproof/resistant?

Yes, our bracelets are 100% waterproof and we encourage you to bring them with you on your ocean adventures!

I can not find an item that I saw Devocean Co. was selling before?

We are constantly updating our website and inventory. If you cannot find a product that you are sure you saw or have previously purchased, there is a good chance we are still selling it and we encourage you to use the search bar in the top right-hand side of the home page to search for the name or keywords associated with the product.

Can I return my product?

Yes, if for any reason you wish to return your product within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a refund!

In order to get your item(s) returned or exchanged within the 30 day grace period, please send the item to:

The product must be in new, unused condition.

*Please DO NOT send the item in a letter envelope because it will be processed through an automated machine which ruins the item during the return. It must be shipped as a parcel and not a letter.*

Please provide the following information in your package as well:

  • Your full name and address
  • The original item and size that you ordered
  • Your order number
  • Your reason for this return or exchange
  • Any other comments or suggestions for the Devocean Team

Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost for any return or exchange. Once we have received your return we will contact you to further the exchange process.

How do I carry Devocean Co. products in my retail store?

We are always open to supplying retail stores with Devocean products! Please contact us through our Wholesale Contact Form under the Contact tab on our home page navigation bar.

Do we offer men’s apparel?

No, at this time we do not offer men's apparel. 

How do I know my size?

We offer size charts for all of our apparel in the product photos.

For rings, we recommend using a third-party website such as findmyringsize.com or ringsizes.co.

All of our ring sizes are US / Canadian sizes.

What Payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and PayPal.

I entered my address incorrectly when placing my order. Can you resend my package to my correct address?

Devocean makes every attempt to correct mistyped customer information before a package is fulfilled and shipped but is not responsible for any misplaced packages or failed deliveries due to errors made by the customer. Please, ensure that your mailing/shipping information is correct before proceeding with your order.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Once you click on “Cart” and check out, you’ll notice a text box titled “Gift Card or Discount Code” to the right of where you enter your shipping information. This is where you will enter your discount code.

An item was put on sale after I purchased it. Can I receive a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, Devocean sale prices are exclusive to the time window that they are offered. All sale prices are final and adjustments cannot be made.
